Mostravia (“we”, “us”) provides a done-for-you Google Business Profile service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].

What we collect

Account details — your name, business name, email, and password (stored hashed).
Photos and captions you send us to post to your Google Business Profile.
Google Business Profile access — you add us as a manager of your profile. We never receive your Google password.
Performance data — calls, direction requests, website clicks and searches, read from Google’s Business Profile Performance API, to build your reports.
Billing details — handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To create and publish posts to your Google Business Profile.
To reply to reviews on your behalf and keep your profile optimised.
To produce your fortnightly report of real Google numbers.
To contact you about your account and send posts for your approval.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data.
We don’t post anything without a manageable approval step.
We don’t request or fabricate reviews on your behalf.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that run the service — Google (to publish and read profile data), our payment processor, and our hosting and email tools — and only as needed to operate Mostravia. Each is bound to protect your information.

Your choices

You can remove us as a manager of your Google Business Profile at any time.
You can request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by emailing us.
Cancelling your plan stops all processing; we delete or anonymise your data on request.
